This website and online store at hiqissport.com are operated by Zhongchi Co., Ltd. under the HiQiS brand. Throughout these Terms, “HiQiS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zhongchi Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, online store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer products and services to you.

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Services or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or interfere with the Site, or attempt to bypass security features.

Electric bikes and E-Moto products must be purchased, assembled, maintained, and operated in accordance with the product manual and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. You are responsible for confirming age limits, registration, licensing, insurance, helmet, protective-equipment, and operating rules in your location.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse or limit service, suspend access, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, safety risks, or a violation of these Terms. Your non-payment information may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during transmission by authorized payment providers.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.

3. Product Information and Performance

We try to present product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, prices, inventory, promotions, shipping charges, and delivery estimates accurately. Actual colors and minor production details may vary. Speed, range, load, battery life, and other performance figures are estimates affected by rider weight, terrain, weather, temperature, tire pressure, riding style, maintenance, and other conditions.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue a product, or cancel an order affected by an error or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted.

4. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for unauthorized resale. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details supplied with the order.

Payment is due when the order is placed. Shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, and warranty service are governed by the applicable policies posted on the Site. All charges payable before checkout are displayed before you submit payment.

5. Product Use and Rider Responsibility

Motorized riding involves risk. Before use, read the product manual, complete required assembly and safety checks, inspect the product, wear appropriate protective equipment, and confirm local laws for every location where you intend to ride. Do not modify or use a product in a way prohibited by its manual or applicable law.

Delivery or sale of a product does not represent that it is legal to operate on every public road, bicycle path, trail, or other location.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include payment services, carrier services, integrations, tools, or links provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

8. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, feedback, ideas, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate another person’s rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zhongchi Co., Ltd., HiQiS, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement governing the Services.

15. Governing Rules

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Disputes will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
